PaceShip

Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 November 2026

This policy covers the PaceShip website and its early access list. PaceShip itself is still being built, so this policy doesn’t cover the product.

Who I am

PaceShip is run by Mateusz Teteruk IT Solutions, Azaliowa 1, 22-200 Suszno, Poland, NIP 5651512235. I’m the data controller, which means I decide how your data is used. For questions or requests, email mateusz@mateuszteteruk.pl.

What I collect and why

What Why Legal basis
Your email address To email you about PaceShip, including early access Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
How you reached the form: the button you clicked, the campaign tags in the page address, whether you used the calculator’s example, a preset goal or your own numbers, and whether you tried a bad week To see what works on this site My legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))
Your answers to the 3 optional questions, including anything you type in To decide what to build first My legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))
Technical data from your visit, such as your IP address and browser details To show you this site, keep it working and count visits My legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

The calculator’s numbers and your goal’s name aren’t saved. Your answers can be linked to your email address, so they aren’t anonymous.

Who handles your data

Tally BV (Belgium) runs the sign-up forms and stores what you submit on servers in Europe. Its script loads with this site, so Tally also receives technical data from your visit.

Tally uses service providers for this, including Sentry in the US for error monitoring, which according to Tally doesn’t process your form answers. For transfers outside the EEA, Tally’s data processing agreement relies on the EU standard contractual clauses or another mechanism allowed by law.

Cloudflare hosts this site. It processes technical data to show you the page and may keep it briefly in technical logs, which can happen outside the EEA, including in the US. For US transfers, Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU standard contractual clauses as a backup.

Cloudflare also counts visits to this site with its Web Analytics script. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and I only see totals.

I don’t sell your data.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address and the data linked to it until you leave the list or I close the project, whichever comes first. Then I delete it. Deleted data can stay in Tally’s trash and backups for up to 90 days. Technical logs are kept only for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, limit how I use it, or give you a copy. You can also object to any use based on my legitimate interest.

To leave the list or withdraw your consent, email mateusz@mateuszteteruk.pl. This doesn’t affect anything I did before you withdrew it. I’ll reply to any request within 1 month.

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

Giving me your email address is your choice, but I can’t add you to the list without it. The 3 questions are optional. I don’t use your data for automated decisions that affect you.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies of its own. The sign-up forms run on Tally, which may store what they need to work in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
